The Indigenous People of Biafra have raised the alarm over the “unlawful” detention of Igbo youths, fathers and mothers in various military facilities in the North, especially in Wawa military barracks, Kainji, Niger State. The group said the people were “secretly” arrested in Imo, Anambra, Enugu, Abia, and Ebonyi states and taken to military facilities
